About us
Las Casitas are located in some old portals rebuilt and restored in natural stone. They are located within the town center, in a quiet and peaceful area, with views of the Valle de Iruelas nature reserve and Monte de La Cebrera.
The entrance gives access to different common spaces, such as barbecues, a play area with a slide and swings for children, a small green space, pergolas with stone tables and chairs to rest in the open air.
The set consists of:

3 tourist apartments
Each 6-bed house has 3 double rooms, while the 4-bed house has 2 double rooms. Each room has its own independent bathroom. All houses have a dining room with a ceramic hob and are equipped with the necessary kitchenware and essential appliances:

Each of the houses has its own heating and has a thermostat for temperature regulation.
We have cots for babies at no additional cost.
We have a large dining room equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, heating and also a fireplace that makes staying in it very pleasant on cold days. Apart from the little houses, we have a dining room with capacity for 30-35 people. It can be rented separately for events, family reunions, etc.

We do not have a Wi-Fi connection since we consider that it is a way to really disconnect when you visit us.

We have exteriors as beautiful as the houses themselves, with swings for children, two barbecues, pergolas, etc.
Pets
In our houses your pets are as well received as you.
Pool
In our houses we do not have our own swimming pool, but we have an Olympic municipal swimming pool 300 meters from our location.

In the town we have all the services: bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.

What can you do in El Barraco and its surroundings?
20 minutes from our homes we have our capital: ÁVILA, the city where heritage, history and art, gastronomy, festivals and mysticism, culture and nature are found. The old town, the wall and the churches located outside the walls have been declared a World Heritage Site.
At 10 minutes we have El Burguillo: a reservoir located in the sub-basin of the Alberche River, within the province of Ávila, in the municipalities of El Tiemblo and El Barraco. It was inaugurated in 1913 and is the first of the dams that regulate the course of the Alberche.
In the easternmost limit of the Sierra de Gredos a small and special territory is discovered: the Iruelas Valley. Drained by a series of mountain streams -the main one is Iruelas, a tributary of the Alberche River- its slopes are covered by a valuable forest formed by a great diversity of species.
The Glacier Circus of the Sierra de Gredos, Ávila is located in the central area of the northern slope of the Sierra de Gredos, belonging to the Central System.
To the northeast of the Sierra de Gredos, the Valle del Alberche houses its nature museum with several exhibition rooms, replicas of animals or a large scale model of the area. They have a program of monthly activities: children's workshops, conferences, etc. a.
Along the banks of the Alberche River, there are easily accessible bathing areas, where you can enjoy perfectly good waters and a wonderful landscape.
